ABVM Golf Classic

Assumption BVM School is excited to announce its first annual ABVM School Golf Classic. The golf outing will be held on Monday, October 12, 2020 with a 1 PM shot gun start at Deerfield Golf Club located at 507 Thompson Station Road, Newark, DE 19711. Dinner will be at 6 PM.

GOLFER INFORMATION:
COST: $150.00 per player (Cost includes green fees, cart, lunch, drinks on the course, range balls, and dinner.)
DINNER ONLY: $50 per adult and $20 per child

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES:
There are many opportunities for sponsorships for both businesses and individuals.
Tee Sponsorships……… $250 (18 sponsorships available)Signage will be placed at each tee box during the tournament andnrecognition will be given on social media and at the dinner

• Lunch Sponsor….. $500 (Sponsorships taken)
  Each boxed lunch will include your business or family name and recognition will be given on social media and at the dinner

• Beverage Cart Sponsor….. $750 (Only 1 sponsorship remains)
  Signage will be place on one of the 2 beverage carts during the tournament and recognition will be given on social media and at the dinner

• Underwrite the Faculty Table…. $1,000 (Only 1 sponsorship remains)
  10 ABVM faculty members will attend as your guest and recognition will be given on social media and at the dinner

• ABVM Star Sponsor…. $750 (limited availability)

• St. Mary’s Sponsor….. $1,000 (limited availability)
  A foursome of golf, tee sponsorship, four dinner tickets, and recognition on social media and at the dinner

Donations of merchandise and gift certificates are needed for raffles. Your donation will be prominently displayed, along with your business or family name providing you with valuable advertising. We will gladly pick up donated items.

EVENT RULES:  The Assumption BVM School Golf Classic is a scramble tournament. All players play from the white tees unless there is a senior in your group who will hit from the forward tees. After your team hits a drive, you get 1 club length from the spot you wish to choose with conditions: If your shot is from the rough or sand, all shots must be played from the rough or sand. If you choose a ball that lies next to the rough and near the edge of the fairway, all players must hit from the rough. It is important to note that YOU DO NOT NEED A MINIMUM NUMBER OF DRIVES PER GROUP. The highest number a foursome can record is a double bogey.
